A new craft brewery is coming to downtown Chandler — but it’s not your average neighborhood brewhouse. The nine-screen movie theater will feature dine-in service, an in-house brewery, a gastropub and a patio. The cinema brewpub will anchor Overstreet Chandler, a new 77,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment complex on the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard.
