Service Level Agreements

In order to qualify for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 support plan, you must have a system that meets the following minimum requirements:
– Must be a Crestron DM, Crestron NVX, Wyrestorm, or Comm System
– Any system with Component Video or Just Add Power does not qualify. You will need a retrofit before getting on a support plan. 
– Must have remote access with a server and Domotz network monitor installed. 
– If you are unsure if your system qualifies, please contact us. 
– All Gen 3 and Gen 4 Installs that meet the requirements listed above are required to be on a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Support Plan. 
– All restaurants that do NOT meet the requirements above are automatically on a Pay-as-you-go Support Plan. 
– Gen 1 Systems are no longer supported

Gen 1 Systems – Anything Component Video (Gen 1 Systems are no longer supported – Please contact us for a retrofit)
Gen 2 Systems – HDMI systems with AMX, JAP, or manual control HDMI
Gen 3 Systems – Crestron DM, Crestron NVX, Wyrestorm
Gen 4 Systems – Com 421

NSAV 2-Year Advanced Replacement

Exclusive to No Static and our Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support Plans.

If at any time during the first two years of a TVs life, it fails due to manufacturing defect, we will ship you a new one at no cost to you.

Labor to install the TV is not included. This is an alternative to a factory warranty that requires you pull the TV down and have it serviced. Applies only to indoor commercial displays, purchased from No Static while on an active SLA, and installed by No Static indoors in a fully climate controlled location. This offer is only valid if the TV failure is determined to be a manufacturers defect.
