Service Level Agreements (SLA) – NEW FOR 2023
As of 2023, all restaurants serviced by No Static must subscribe to a yearly SLA which includes various levels of benefits including, but not limited to, annual maintenance, discounted service call rates, and access to after-hours No Static Tech Support.
